We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Head of Performing Arts to join our team from August 2026.

Skills

  • Proven leadership experience within a Performing Arts department, ideally in a British curriculum school
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Drama and the Performing Arts
  • A commitment to outstanding teaching and learning and raising student achievement
  • The ability to inspire, motivate and develop both students and colleagues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across the school community
  • A commitment to contributing to the wider life of the school through productions, performances, enrichment activities and community engagement
