At Ambassador International Academy, we believe great schools are built by passionate people — and we are now looking for an exceptional Head of Science to help us shape something truly special at our new IB school in Mankhool.
As our Head of Science, you won’t just manage a department — you will create it
You’ll play a key role in designing a Science experience that sparks curiosity, encourages inquiry, and helps our students become critical thinkers and problem-solvers in an ever-changing world
What you’ll be doing
- Leading and growing a vibrant Science team (Biology, Chemistry, Physics
- Building a strong, inquiry-led IB-aligned curriculum
- Creating classrooms where curiosity is encouraged, and questions are celebrated
- Supporting and mentoring teachers so they feel confident, inspired, and valued
- Ensuring students not only achieve well, but also love learning Science
- Driving innovation in STEM and hands-on learning
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is not just experienced, but passionate about making a difference
Someone who
- : Has led or is ready to step into a leadership role in Science
- Brings experience with IB (MYP/DP) or similar inquiry-based approaches
- Believes that great teaching is about engaging minds, not just delivering content
- Enjoys mentoring others and building a strong team
- Is excited by the idea of starting something new and shaping its future
