The Home Care Nurse provides medical care and support to patients in their homes. They assess patients’ conditions, develop care plans, and administer medications. The Home Care Nurse also monitors vital signs, provides wound care, and assists with activities of daily living. They educate patients and their families on healthcare management and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Responsibilities

- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field.
- Valid nursing license.
- Proven experience in home care nursing.
- Knowledge of medical procedures and protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
