Job Description
OnTime Group is seeking a Home Healthcare Male Operations Specialist who is Arabic speaking to enhance our operational efficiencies in the home healthcare division. This role will focus on ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and effective coordination of home healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations within the home healthcare service area
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and effective service delivery to patients
- Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service efficiency and quality
- Conduct training for staff on operational protocols and best practices
- Monitor performance metrics and patient satisfaction to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain effective communication with clients and their families
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards
- Assist in scheduling and logistical arrangements for home healthcare visits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service provision
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Operations Specialist or in a similar role in the home healthcare industry
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required
- Strong knowledge of home healthcare operations and compliance standards
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant healthcare management software
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
