Job Description
Keeta is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to support employee onboarding, migration, visa coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. In this role, you will work closely with the HR Operations team to ensure smooth employee processes and deliver a positive employee experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support employee onboarding, migration activities, and visa-related operational coordination.
- Maintain trackers and records related to onboarding, documentation, and employee status updates.
- Assist employees with document submissions and basic process guidance.
- Support preparation of HR letters, reports, operational documents, and internal communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on operational follow-ups.
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
- Support HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and ad-hoc operational requests.
- Respond to basic employee queries and support smooth employee onboarding experiences.
What We Need From You
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of ownership and willingness to learn operational processes.
