Job Summary: We are looking for a highly capable and experienced InCharge to oversee banking and accounting functions. This role involves direct coordination with senior leadership and vendors, along with team oversight and operational control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with banks, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate directly with the Head of Department and external vendors.
• Oversee payments, reconciliations, fund flows, and allocations.
• Lead and manage a small team; ensure task allocation and performance management.
• Monitor financial transactions and reporting for accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Proven experience in banking, accounting, or finance roles.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
