About the Role:
Amer Al Ghurair Real Estate Development is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, and supporting the organization’s digital transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain LAN/WAN networks, switches, routers, and firewalls (Sophos, FortiGate).
- Administer and configure Windows Server environments, including Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Oversee virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
- Implement and manage backup solutions using Veeam or equivalent tools.
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure services, including user management and security configurations.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshoot complex IT issues.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional certifications preferred: MCSA, CCNA, Azure Fundamentals, ITIL, CEH.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, and security protocols.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
