Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role:

To support and assist the infrastructure team effectively as per the job assigned by direct line manager.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Preparing GIS Drawings& Presentations-Preparing detailed GIS drawing to the project team to support the visualization and proper guidance of idea visibility for the team. 

• Updating GIS database – Reflect all master plan updates on GIS database and preparing reports. 

• Implementation, archival, maintenance and upkeep of land data, boundaries, areas, coordinates, topography, planning, parcellation, contact zones, and authority’s infrastructural data. • Brief analysis/ proposal verbally – Analyzing and providing GIS info for the team. 

• Technical too ls upgrading. • Search and propose the update in any GIS upgrading software and tools to make sure the production of latest quality architectural drawings. 

• Administer the processes of information update to Authorities and the appropriate supply of drawings, files and schedules.

 • Proper Wet Utility/ Infrastructure analysis experience to facilitate the quality of Infrastructure department. 

• Reliability, accuracy, and confidentiality of documentation. 

• Requirement of supporting manpower for technical and CAD assistance. 

• Requirement of regular discussions on projects (on-going/future} among the team members.

• Work within the standards and policies set by local authorities (DEWA and Dubai Municipality) 

• Accord to company policy and procedure for documentation, processing and release of data

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related specialization. 

• Minimum of five years’ experience in similar field. 

• Relevant skill on graphic and drawing software application in industry. 

• Project management. 

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Time management, priority and organization skills. 

• Analytical and problem solving.
