- Qualifications:Bachelor of Education with a specialization relevant to the intervention area, or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject supported by a recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed, PGDE, or PGCE). Strong knowledge of intervention strategies, differentiated instruction, data‑driven support plans, and small‑group teaching, with the ability to support students with varied learning needs. Non-native English speakers are required to demonstrate English language proficiency with an IELTS score of at least 7.0. All academic qualifications must be fully attested and recognized through the UAE Ministry of Education Equivalency process.
- Experience:A minimum of 3 years of solid teaching experience in the relevant subject, ideally within an American Curriculum school, with strong classroom management and communication skills.
