We work with over 400 retail stores and 16 e-commerce platforms across six countries in the Middle East. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organized and proactive HR & Operations Coordinator to support our daily operations.About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Key Account Specialist to support and develop relationships with our key retail, leisure, hospitality, and distribution partners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent account execution through effective inventory management, replenishment planning, operational coordination, reporting, and regular customer engagement. This role requires strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, warehouse, merchandising, finance, and customer teams.Key ResponsibilitiesKey Account Management

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and store teams.
  • Monitor account performance and ensure high service levels.
  • Support customer meetings and follow up on action plans.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales, stock availability, and operational efficiency.

Replenishment & Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels across assigned customer accounts.
  • Prepare replenishment recommendations based on sales trends, stock cover, seasonality, and customer demand.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Track inventory movements and proactively identify stock risks and opportunities.
  • Support forecasting and inventory planning activities.

Delivery & Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate daily deliveries and order fulfilment activities.
  • Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Monitor open orders and resolve delivery-related issues.
  • Support inventory accuracy through stock checks and reconciliations.
  • Ensure operational excellence across customer accounts.

Reporting & Business Analysis

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly account performance reports.
  • Analyse sales, inventory, replenishment, and delivery data.
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Provide recommendations to improve stock availability, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Support management with business insights and account analysis.

Field Operations

  • Conduct regular visits to customer stores, retail locations, and warehouses.
  • Review stock levels, product availability, merchandising standards, and operational execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve replenishment, stock flow, and product visibility.
  • Ensure company standards are consistently maintained across customer locations.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a key liaison between customers and internal departments.
  • Coordinate closely with sales, warehouse, merchandising, finance, and logistics teams.
  • Support new store openings, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance service levels and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in key account support, retail operations, customer service, inventory management, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • UAE driving licence and willingness to undertake regular field visits.

Preferred Experience

  • Retail, consumer goods, FMCG, distribution, hospitality, or leisure industry experience.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP Business One or similar.
  • Understanding of inventory planning, replenishment, merchandising, and warehouse operations.
