About The Role

As a Learning & Development and Employee Experience Specialist you will design and deliver training and development programs to enable effective job learning, capability development and organizational change and cultivate a culture of collaboration, trust, customer focus, agility and diversity in line with ATI people and organizational development strategies and plans. 

What You’ll Be Doing

Strategic Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Build and cultivate relationships with business partners and key stakeholders to execute ATI L&D strategy and plans to meet its current and future business needs.

Functional Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver impactful learning experiences tailored to address performance and skill gaps.
  • Work closely with the Head of L&D to design and implement learning and development initiatives that are aligned with the organization’s business goals.
  • Collaborate with commercial stakeholders and HRBPs to identify existing or potential learning and performance gaps, ensuring timely and effective interventions are in place.
  • Regularly update and maintain the L&D dashboard, tracking key metrics such as training attendance, participant feedback, and program outcomes.
  • Prepare detailed L&D reports and presentations to inform senior leadership of training program effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal and external trainers, as well as key stakeholders, to schedule and organize brand-specific training initiatives. 
  • Oversee the L&D and Engagement calendar, ensuring smooth planning and execution of all learning activities.
  • Implement pre- and post-program assessments to measure the impact and integration of training solutions into daily operations.
  • Compile and distribute feedback and evaluation reports to relevant stakeholders, ensuring clear insights into training effectiveness.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of training programs, including logistics, materials preparation, participant nominations, and ongoing follow-up and evaluation.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the L&D budget by effectively managing resources, optimizing program costs, and ensuring that all training activities are delivered within the allocated budget.
  • Support in employee engagement activities such as Recognition, events.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • You possess extensive experience in Learning and Development and coaching, coupled with a strong understanding of leadership frameworks, well-being methodologies, and cultural dynamics in complex organizations.
  • You are a Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Psychology, Organizational development, HR or any relevant field. 
  • A professional certification (CIPD or SHRM) would be an advantage. 
  • 5 to 7 years’ experience as L&D Executive or in a similar role with experience in training delivery and curriculum development and design. 
  • You possess strong facilitation and instructional design skills, strong executive coaching skills, as well as excellent project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Proficient in learning technologies, with a strong understanding of immersive tools such as Virtual Reality (VR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). 
  • You are passionate, eager, and possess a growth mindset. 
  • Previous Retail experience is highly desirable.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Good basic commercial and business acumen with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Good influencing, interpersonal skills.
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management, planning, and execution.
  • Knowledge of adult learning practice, facilitation and training techniques and ability to apply instructional design and content writing methods to deliver impactful learning programs.
  • Proven experience in driving learning solution design through all phases from concept, presentation, design, development, facilitation, evaluation, refinement, and implementation.
  • The ability to organize, prioritize and own multiple tasks while meeting and/or exceeding deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge and usage of e-learning design and delivery and use of Digital Learning Technologies.
  • Excellent English proficiency. Bilingual Arabic language would be an advantage.
