We are looking to appoint an experienced Sports Coach with a football or rugby specialism to support the continued expansion and development of our busy sports program. The successful candidate must have played and coached at a high level, possess a strong background in Strength and Conditioning, and demonstrate the potential to lead the School’s Sports Scholarship programme for exceptional athletes.
A football or rugby specialism is essential, but candidates with the ability to contribute to other areas of the school’s sports program will also be highly regarded. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with competitive playing experience, a passion for inspiring young athletes, and the ambition to thrive within an educational setting.
The successful candidate will collaborate with experienced team members to deliver an outstanding whole-school sports programme (EYFS – Year 11) and foster the development of performance teams.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A recognized coaching qualification in football or rugby.
- Proven experience in Strength and Conditioning, with a certification or equivalent expertise being highly desirable.
- A track record of coaching at a high level, with the ability to inspire and develop athletes of varying abilities.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with a willingness to contribute to other sports as needed.
- Leadership potential to oversee and grow the Sports Scholarship programme.
