Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to enhance e& brand and services visibility across various platforms, maximizing ROI and Reach. Drive user engagement by leveraging AI tools, programmatic advertising, and funnel optimization. Monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics to refine strategies. Lead cross-functional collaboration and manage digital teams and agency to ensure alignment with business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
DIGITAL CAMPAIGNS •
Plan and execute digital campaigns: Ensure seamless coordination across all digital channels to maximize reach and effectiveness.
• Develop and refine strategies: Continuously update plans to enhance e& brand visibility across online platforms.
• Budget management: Optimize the online budget to ensure maximum return on investment for all campaign activities.
• Leverage new digital trends: Explore and integrate AI-powered tools. Use latest trends in video ads, social media campaigns, and programmatic advertising. Optimize ad placement and audience segmentation to enhance engagement and reach.
• Select the best execution models: Implement the most efficient and effective approaches based on campaign performance and trends.
• Data-driven optimization: Regularly analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and ensure ongoing improvement.
ENGAGE USERS ON DIGITAL PLATFORMS
• Drive user engagement and traffic: Support efforts to boost user acquisition, engagement, and lead generation across e&’s digital platforms by optimizing key stages of the digital funnel, including awareness, consideration, and conversion.
• Optimize conversion funnels: Implement strategies that target different funnel stages, from lead generation to customer retention, ensuring a seamless user experience that enhances conversion rates.
EVALUATING CAMPAIGN RESULTS
• Monitor and analyze performance: Track KPIs (such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Use data-driven insights to adjust and optimize strategies for improved outcomes across the funnel stages.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimization: Implement continuous A/B testing to refine messaging, creative assets, and targeting for enhanced performance.
MONITORING WORK IN PROGRESS
• Generate performance reports: Develop detailed reports on digital campaign
performance and user engagement, offering insights for optimization and future
strategy development.
SECTION MANAGEMENT
• Optimize workflows: Create and implement streamlined processes to improve cross[1]functional collaboration with key teams such as MarCom, B2C Marketing, Business
Marketing, and the eCommerce team, ensuring alignment with digital objectives and
project timelines.
• Collaborate for success: Work closely with internal stakeholders, aligning digital
communications strategies with broader business goals, marketing initiatives, and
cross-departmental objectives to ensure a unified approach.
• Foster a high-performing team: Lead the digital communications team with a focus
on performance management, continuous development, and innovation.
• Manage the media buying agency: Oversee and guide agency efforts, ensuring
adherence to high standards and campaign goals while maintaining effective
communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
RELATED ASSIGNMENTS
• Contribute to strategic projects: Support additional initiatives and cross-functional
assignments to ensure business objectives are met, adapting digital strategies as
needed to stay current with emerging trends
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Advertising, Online Advertising, or relevant professional practices (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.)
- 6-8 years of experience in Digital/Online Marketing, with a preference for experience in the tech/telecommunications sector.Â
