Are you passionate about bringing beauty brands to life through creative campaigns and strong partnerships? Tips & Toes is looking for a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving brand visibility, engagement, and growth across our branches.
Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll do:
Campaign Execution
- Support the creation and execution of impactful marketing campaigns and promotional offers.
- Coordinate with IT and Operations teams to ensure timely activations and in-store visibility.
- Keep in-store TV screens updated with the latest campaigns.
Partnerships & Collaborations
- Manage corporate discounts and partnership programs to attract and retain clients.
- Initiate collaborations with external brands to enhance visibility and create co-marketing opportunities.
Content & Creative Coordination
- Curate and leverage user-generated content (UGC) to amplify campaigns and storytelling.
- Work with in-house and external creatives on branding, graphics, and campaign assets.
- Coordinate shoots and ensure brand consistency across touchpoints.
Trade Marketing & Events
- Oversee marketing collaterals and trade materials to support campaigns and sales.
- Plan and execute events, activations, and client engagement activities.
Reporting & Documentation
- Track campaign performance, handle marketing invoicing, and maintain contracts and documentation.
Influencer & Social Media Support
- Identify and manage influencers, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Support content planning and scheduling for social media campaigns.
In-store Experience
- Manage in-store music playlists and ensure an engaging customer ambience.
- Source and manage suppliers to uphold brand quality standards.
