Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the American curriculum.
- Utilize various teaching methodologies to cater to diverse student learning styles.
- Assess, monitor, and provide feedback on student progress, ensuring all students are meeting their learning goals.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Education (specialization in Math)
- ADEK approval is highly preferred for immediate placement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and engage students at all levels of mathematical ability.
- A commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous teaching experience in the UAE or a similar international environment.
- Experience with technology integration in teaching (e.g., use of interactive whiteboards, online platforms).
- Familiarity with classroom management strategies that promote a positive learning environment.
