Key Responsibilities

Academic Instruction & Curriculum Delivery
Plan and teach core topics—algebra, number systems, geometry, data analysis and problem-solving
Integrate manipulatives, interactive tools and digital content into lessons
Develop structured lesson plans that meet CBSE benchmarks
Use varied assessment methods (quizzes, projects, tests) to evaluate student progress
Student Engagement & Skill Development
Inspire students to connect math concepts to real-world applications
Facilitate collaborative projects and peer-based learning tasks
Diagnose learning gaps and offer targeted support to improve understanding
Classroom Management & Inclusivity
Foster a disciplined, nurturing and inclusive environment
Encourage active participation and differentiate instruction for diverse learners
Parental Communication & Collaboration
Maintain open, transparent updates on student performance and growth
Invite parents to engage in hands-on activities and share feedback
Professional Development & Compliance
Stay current with CBSE curriculum revisions and KHDA policy changes
Participate in school-led training sessions and academic planning meetings
Qualifications & Requirements

Education
B.Ed. (mandatory)
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mathematics, Education or a related discipline
Experience
2–3 years teaching mathematics in a CBSE middle-school setting
Visa Status
Preference for candidates holding a Spouse, Employment or their own visa
Skills & Attributes
Deep understanding of math pedagogy and adolescent learning psychology
Strong lesson-planning, delivery and assessment skills
Patience, creativity and excellent interpersonal communication
Ability to build foundational fluency and student confidence in mathematics
