Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nursery Teacher role based in Dubai. The Nursery Teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with the EYFS framework, promote holistic development, and create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. Daily responsibilities include preparing learning materials, observing and documenting children’s progress, providing feedback to families, and collaborating with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education. The role also involves supporting children’s social, emotional, and language development through structured activities and play-based learning, as well as participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience in early years or nursery settings.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training to design and deliver structured, developmentally appropriate activities.
• Excellent Communication skills to work effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education, Teaching, or a related field.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development best practices.
• Ability to create a nurturing, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Previous experience in a nursery setting.
