Job Title: Occupational Health & Safety Officer
Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a qualified and proactive Occupational Health & Safety (HSE) Officer to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety, compliance with UAE regulations, and promoting a strong safety culture across all operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and monitor health & safety policies and procedures
* Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
* Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company standards
* Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses and prepare reports
* Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
* Maintain safety documentation and records
* Coordinate with management to improve workplace safety
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
* NEBOSH certification (preferred)
* Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations
* Good communication and reporting skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in construction/manufacturing industry(prefeered)
