Job Description

Work Schedule:
• Shift 1: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM
• Shift 2: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Location: On-site accommodation provided within the center.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients to identify their occupational therapy needs.
2. Treatment Planning: Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each patient’s condition.
3. Therapeutic Intervention: Conduct therapy sessions aimed at enhancing patients’ functional abilities and motor skills.
4. Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:
1. Certification: Valid equivalency certification recognized by relevant authorities.
2. Availability: Willingness to work both designated shifts.
3. Skills: Strong communication abilities and a collaborative team spirit.
4. Commitment: Dedication to delivering high-quality therapeutic services.
Compensation:
• Diploma Holders: AED 5,000 per month.
• Bachelor’s Degree Holders: AED 6,000 per month.
