Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and patient-centered care throughout the perioperative process
• Assist surgeons during procedures, ensuring a sterile and organized environment
• Maintain and prepare operating theatre equipment and instruments
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for patients
• Comply with hospital policies, infection control standards, and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
• Valid DHA/DOH/MOH license or eligibility as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3 years experience in an operating theatre/surgical setting in a multispecialty JCI accredited hospital
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in high-pressure environment
• Commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practice
