Optical Sales Executive 

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Optical Sales Executive to join our team immediately. Preference will be given to Filipino candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in selecting optical frames, lenses, and related products
2. Provide product knowledge and recommend suitable options based on customer needs
3. Handle sales transactions and achieve sales targets
4. Maintain proper display and stock of optical products
5. Manage billing and coordinate with the billing/insurance team if required
6. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and inventory updates
7. Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in optical sales or a healthcare retail environment (preferred)
2. Good knowledge of optical products (frames, lenses, etc.) is an advantage
3. Strong communication and customer service skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to maintain proper reports and records
5. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
7. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
