Job Description
- Patient Experience Officer will ensure that the patient experience is improved as a result of feedback from patients, surveys and complaints. He or she will contribute to the development and delivery of patient experience capability and capacity across Fakeeh University Hospital.
- Patient Experience Officer will support people to share their experiences with us and to support the operational teams to develop skills, knowledge and experience to do this within their own areas.
