Physical Education Teacher

Job Description

PFDC is hiring a Physical Education (PE) Teacher / Development Coach to support daily delivery of structured football development programs.

This is an execution-focused role, not a scouting, recruitment, or pathway decision position.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver PE and development sessions aligned with the PFDC framework

Manage groups safely and professionally

Record attendance and basic observation data

Support player welfare and safeguarding protocols

Maintain clear professional boundaries with players and parents

This Role Is NOT

Talent scouting or player selection

Agent or recruitment work

Trial, contract, or scholarship decision-making

Requirements

Degree or certification in Physical Education, Sports Science, or Coaching

Experience working with youth athletes

Strong discipline, communication, and professionalism

Willingness to work within structured systems
