Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Physics Teacher to join our team in August 2026.

As a Physics Teacher, you will:

  • Teach and inspire students across various areas of Physics, promoting curiosity, critical thinking, and a passion for science.
  • Develop and implement an engaging, ambitious, and inclusive Physics curriculum aligned with the International British Curriculum standards.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation, inquiry, and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Physics with other subjects and whole-school initiatives.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students during laboratory experiments and practical lessons.
  • Maintain and manage laboratory equipment and resources effectively.

Skills

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a British Curriculum school.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Physics (minimum 3 years regular course)

Experience of the IGCSE/ A Level curriculum is preferred but not essential

Passionate about providing outstanding teaching and learning.

Highly experienced in the National Curriculum for England.

Efficient and effective in people development.

Experienced In An English-speaking Environment With Effective Communication Abilities.
