We are looking for a motivated Planning Engineer to support our planning team in developing, monitoring, and reporting project schedules while building a strong foundation in project controls and construction planning.

Your Role

• Assist in developing and updating project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Monitor project progress against approved baseline programmes.
• Collect and consolidate progress information from site teams and subcontractors.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead programmes.
• Assist with identifying delays and supporting recovery planning activities.
• Maintain accurate planning records, programme updates, and project documentation.
• Support the planning team with project controls, progress reporting, delay analysis, and Extension of Time (EOT) preparation.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of planning experience within the construction industry.
• Exposure to construction projects including buildings, infrastructure, airports, or MEP/ELV works.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with project progress reporting and Earned Value concepts.
• Power BI and PowerPoint experience is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
