The Presales Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to the sales team during the pre-sales process. This includes understanding customer requirements, creating technical proposals, and conducting product demonstrations. The Presales Engineer must have excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand terms for clients.

Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with sales team to understand customer needs.

– Create technical proposals and product demonstrations

– Provide technical support during the sales process

– Conduct product training for sales team and customers

– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology advancements

Candidate Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in a related field

– Proven experience as a Presales Engineer or similar role

– Strong technical background in IT or engineering

– Excellent communication and presentation skills

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Valid UAE driving license is a plus
