Real Estate Videographer
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Videography of interior and exterior shots of real estate properties, ensuring the use of proper equipment, lighting, and composition techniques.
• Edit and retouch video’s to enhance their visual appeal and quality.
• Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of equipment, including cameras, lenses, and lighting.
• Communicate and collaborate with clients to understand their visual requirements and preferences, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Identify optimal shooting locations, angles, and lighting conditions to capture the essence of each property.
• Provide clients with the final, edited videos within agreed-upon timelines.
• Ensure the consistency and quality of all visual content produced, meeting or exceeding industry standards.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• In-depth knowledge of techniques, equipment, and editing software.
• Familiarity with architectural and real estate videography principles.
• Proven experience in handling podcast.
• Exceptional attention to detail and an artistic eye for composition and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and an understanding of property aesthetics.
