We’re looking for a Receptionist who is polished, people-focused, and highly organized – someone who enjoys being the first impression of a dynamic, growing compапу.
Receptionist will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing the front desk, answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining the reception area.
Additional responsibilities include performing clerical duties, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with administrative tasks if needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate, sales, or relationship management (Dubai market experience preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Client-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport
Knowledge of property sales, leasing, and investment processes
Proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented attitude
Fluency in English plus Arabic, Russian, Turkish or European language
