Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Receptionist based in Dubai. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phone calls, handling clerical tasks, and managing front desk activities. This position involves a combination of on-site duties and work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining appointment schedules, managing correspondence, and providing exceptional customer service to visitors and clients.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in performing Receptionist Duties and managing front desk activities
  • Strong Clerical Skills, including handling correspondence and scheduling appointments
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely
  • Proficiency in using office software and phone systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

✅ Maintain reception and office area in line with UAE health & safety standards.

✅ Organize meeting rooms, schedules, and appointments.

✅ Protect confidentiality of staff and client information.
