Front Desk Receptionist for DIP2 location
We are looking for UAE National Receptionist.
Office time – 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, supportive attitude.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing.
- Monitor and maintain attendance report.
- Checking and releasing the cheques for all suppliers.
- Informing suppliers whether their payment ready or not and informing them what is missing of document from their side.
- Arranging documents, cheques, invoices and sending to right destination.
- Preparing delivery note and sending the stationary request from all branches.
- Making LPO for marketing department/ Transportation department.
- Arranging and filling all the Cash/Credit EST invoices.
- Putting all the details of the invoices in excel sheets included Invoice account/ sales order/date/invoice number/ Amount and marker each invoice number by F/NA (found ¬ available)
- Arranging all the invoices in order from the oldest to the newest.
- Sending daily reports to finance departments showing the issued cheques in detail for both Mart/EST cheques.
- Assisting the management with any other additional support when its required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative or Clerical studies, communications or business
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar capacity
- Good communication skills to make formal communication with trade – must have
- Good working knowledge of MS office especially Excel & Power point.
