You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles, with a strong focus on real estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and provide feedback.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within real estate or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, including headhunting and direct sourcing.
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and hiring regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple roles simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, ATS software, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
