Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and provide feedback.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within real estate or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, including headhunting and direct sourcing.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and hiring regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple roles simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, ATS software, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
