Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain the operating theatre for IVF and gynecological procedures.
Assist physicians and surgeons during surgical and fertility-related interventions.
Ensure all surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies are sterilized, available, and functioning properly.
Maintain strict adherence to infection prevention and patient safety protocols.
Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, documenting observations and reporting concerns promptly.
Assist with patient positioning, preparation, and recovery in coordination with the multidisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and operating theatre records.
Support inventory management and stock control of surgical and IVF-related consumables.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and hospital policies.
Requirements
Valid DOH Registered Nurse License (Mandatory).
Proven experience as an Operating Theatre (OT) Nurse.
Experience in gynecology, fertility, or reproductive healthcare settings is an advantage.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
