ABOUT THE FUNCTION
The Kitchen Service Operations function responsible to perform services in accordance with the given Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to maintain the highest Guest/ Customer service & delight without causing damage to the Company Property.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Minimum 01 year of relevant experience in the Hotel/ Restaurant industry.
- Catering Diploma in F&B Service from recognized University/ Institute.
PERFORMANCE DRIVEN CULTURE; WHAT WILL YOU BE MEASURED AGAINST
- Responsible for serving F&B in outlet efficiently and in a courteous manner.
- Carry all duties in accordance with tasks and descriptions with reference to established rules, regulations & policies.
- Good organization, record keeping & basic mathematical skills.
- Suggest F&B be well versed with the menu, method of preparation.
- Clean and polish glassware, china ware, hollow ware and flatware.
- Maintain cleanliness and mise-en –place level at workstation and service pantry for smooth operation.
- Replenish supply of linen and other operating equipment, obtain requested items from store room.
- Follow correct sequence of service as outlined.
