Job Description

Role Purpose: Conduct school evaluation visits, collect evidence, and produce reliable judgments on quality of education, leadership, and student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assess teaching and learning in English, Math, and Science.

· Evaluate school leadership, governance, and overall performance against framework standards.

· Collect and analyse qualitative and quantitative evidence (observations, interviews, document reviews).

· Ensure evaluation processes are conducted with integrity, transparency, and cultural sensitivity.

· Submit evidence and reports into the digital platform.

· Provide structured feedback to inform framework refinement. Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

· Advanced degree in Education, English, Math, Science, or related fields.

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in teaching, school leadership, or inspections.

· Proven experience in school evaluation, accreditation, or quality assurance.

· Familiarity with national & international curricula (IB, British, American, Asian).

· Strong reporting and communication skills.
