Inclusion/SEN Teacher
Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Inclusion or a
    related field.
  • A teaching qualification/license such as PGCE or PGDE.
  • Strong understanding and experience in developing and
    implementing Individual Education Plan (IEPs).
  • Knowledge of differentiation, intervention strategies and
    inclusive teaching practices.
  • Familiarity with American Curriculum (Common Core) and IB
    (MYP/CP) curriculum frameworks is an advantage.
  • Training in Safeguarding and child protection and Behavior
    management and intervention is a plus.
  • English IELTS score of 7.5 required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in inclusion/SEN,
    preferably with higher grade students.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with subject teachers and
    leadership teams
  • Strong documentation and reporting aligned with ADEK or
    school inspection frameworks.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who are bilingual in
    English and Arabic.
