Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide financial expertise, leadership, and cross-functional communication skills.

About the Role:

The Senior Accountant will supervise daily accounting activities, lead a small team, and ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance. This position involves working closely with leadership and various departments, demanding a combination of technical expertise and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of junior accountants.
• Own, optimize, and maintain financial workflows using Odoo ERP.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
• Present financial insights effectively to non-finance stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or team leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is strictly required.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification is a strong advantage.
