Summary: We are looking for a driven, technically excellent Senior Finance Manager to lead our accounting function in Dubai. This is a pivotal leadership role, you will own the integrity of our consolidated financial statements, guide a high-performing team of accountants, and partner across the business to uphold the financial standards that power our growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Leadership & Development

• Lead, coach and develop a team of accountants, setting clear expectations, running meaningful performance conversations, and building a culture of accountability and growth
• Champion a team-oriented, high-performance culture rooted in Huda Beauty’s values of kindness and excellence
• Drive capability uplift through technical training on both accountancy principles and ERP systems
• Partner with IT to build automated reporting and controls that free your team to focus on value-added work
  

Financial Reporting & Consolidation

• Own the preparation and timely delivery of consolidated Statutory Financial Statements across all Group entities
• Ensure accurate intercompany reconciliations and eliminations in line with transfer pricing policies and IFRS standards
• Manage the full monthly close cycle, producing balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow statements with precision and on schedule
• Align monthly management accounts with IFRS-audited accounts in close collaboration with the reporting team
  

Compliance, Controls & Audits

• Own the statutory audit end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and full compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and applicable local regulations
• Maintain robust internal controls to protect company assets and uphold financial integrity across all entities
• Coordinate with tax advisors on VAT, corporate tax, and other filings for each legal entity, ensuring accuracy and on-time payment
  

AR, AP & Inventory

• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable operations, ensuring timely, accurate invoice processing, payments, and collections
• Develop and enforce credit policies to minimise risk and optimise cash flow
• Manage inventory accounting in close collaboration with operations and supply chain, ensuring accurate tracking, valuation, and reconciliation
  

Process Improvement & Technology

• Proactively identify and implement improvements to accounting processes, controls, and workflows
• Evaluate and champion advanced accounting technologies that boost team efficiency and data quality
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and standard operating procedures for all accounting activities
• Monitor ERP and financial system performance; partner with IT to maintain data security and optimise user experience
  

Requirements

• Certified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) with 10+ years of post-qualification experience
• Proven track record managing multi-entity, multi-currency group accounting with international exposure
• Deep technical proficiency in IFRS, GAAP, consolidation accounting, and tax compliance
• Experience leading and developing finance teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Hands-on expertise with ERP systems and financial technology; a track record of driving automation and process improvement
• FMCG or consumer goods sector experience is a strong advantage
