Senior IT Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a Senior IT Executive with strong experience in HIS, EMR, and EHR systems and a hospital/healthcare IT background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support and troubleshooting for hospital staff, ensuring smooth operation of systems and networks.
- Manage and resolve helpdesk queries related to hardware, software, and network issues.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and security of IT infrastructure within the clinic.
- Coordinate with external vendors for system upgrades and repairs as needed.
- Assist in the implementation and support of healthcare-specific software and systems.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an IT Executive or in an IT support role within the UAE, preferably in a healthcare or clinical environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple IT tasks and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Familiarity with healthcare software and systems is a plus.
