Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team. The role requires a customer-focused professional who can handle service bookings, communicate effectively with customers, and coordinate repair orders through our digital DMS and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and accurately record service requests in the CRM system.
- Explain required repair and maintenance work in clear, non-technical language.
- Prepare and manage repair orders (ROs) with correct labor and warranty coding.
- Coordinate with workshop and parts teams to ensure timely job completion.
- Keep customers informed about job progress, cost estimates, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction before vehicle delivery.
- Support the Service Manager in achieving Aftersales KPIs (CSI, productivity, and revenue).
Requirements
✅ Must Have:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Service Advisor in an authorized automotive dealership.
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems, service workflow, and warranty procedures.
- Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Currently based in the UAE with valid work eligibility.
💡 Preferred:
- Experience with Chinese or premium automotive brands.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language as a mother tongue is a MUST.
