Overview of the role :
The Site Manager will be responsible for leading all on-site construction activities, ensuring the seamless execution of projects from inception to completion. With a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency, this role involves managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining strict adherence to project timelines and budgets.
What you will do :
- Oversee all on-site construction activities and manage day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with all project stakeholders, engineers and subcontractors.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
- Resolve technical issues and ensure project deliverables align with client expectations.
- Prepare progress reports and updates for senior management and clients.
Required skills to be successful :
- Proven track record in managing construction projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
