✔️ Master’s Degree in Psychology
✔️ 2–3 years of relevant experience (preferably in Senior Secondary School)
✔️ Strong understanding of student psychology and special education practices
✔️ Experience in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
✔️ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
