Job Description

Clinical Care:

  • Diagnose and manage patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions, including coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, and structural heart issues.
  • Perform interventional procedures such as angioplasty, stent placement, and minimally invasive structural heart interventions like TAVR, MitraClip, and PFO closures.
  • Collaborate with non-invasive cardiologists and other specialists to develop personalized treatment plans.


Procedural Expertise:

  • Conduct diagnostic cardiac catheterizations and advanced imaging-guided interventions.
  • Manage acute coronary syndromes in a cath lab setting, including emergency PCI for ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI).
  • Utilize and stay updated with advanced technologies such as intravascular imaging (IVUS, OCT) and hemodynamic assessments (FFR/iFR).


Qualifications

  • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification in Cardiology with sub-specialization in Interventional Cardiology.
  • Valid medical license to practice in UAE.
  • Highly skilled, confident and a strong surgical Logbook
  • Extensive experience performing complex interventional procedures.
  • Excellent decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.
