We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our Pediatric Ward team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents in a supportive and family-centered environment. Your expertise will play a crucial role in promoting health, preventing illness, and supporting the recovery of our young patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients upon admission and throughout their stay.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor for side effects and therapeutic responses.
- Regularly monitor vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status of patients.
- Document patient progress and changes in condition accurately.
- Work closely with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Be prepared to respond to emergencies, including administering CPR and other life-saving measures as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Valid UAE License or eligibility.
- Current BLS, ACLS & PALS certification.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Pediatric Ward Nursing.
