About the Role:
Supervisor – Landscape is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of landscape maintenance and upkeep within assigned communities. This includes supervising a team of landscapers, ensuring the highest quality of landscape services, and maintaining a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment for residents.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Supervise and guide a team of landscapers, including scheduling work, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
- Ensure the timely and efficient execution of all landscape maintenance activities, including irrigation, planting, pruning, weeding, and pest control.
- Inspect and assess the condition of all landscape areas, identifying and addressing any maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all landscape maintenance activities, including work orders, material usage, and employee attendance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
- Monitor and control landscape budgets and expenses.
- Assist in the development and implementation of landscape improvement plans.
- Respond promptly to resident requests and complaints related to landscape maintenance.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
About you:
- Diploma or Certificate in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, including supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and pest control methods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills. Â Â
