Job Description

What You’ll Do?

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of VAT, corporate tax, and WHT returns in compliance with GCC tax regulations.
• Monitor changes in tax laws, including VAT, corporate tax, and international tax regulations, and ensure alignment with updated policies.
• Identify potential tax risks or compliance issues during tax return preparation and escalate concerns to management.
• Conduct research on tax laws, regulations, and guidelines to support tax advisory projects and business decisions.
• Prepare and submit tax reports as required by regulatory authorities.
• Maintain accurate tax records and documentation to support filings and audits.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors to ensure compliance with tax laws and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to align tax strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations and maintain required documentation.
• Assess tax implications of cross-border transactions and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.

What We’re Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CTA, CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
• Proven experience in tax compliance and reporting, preferably within GCC countries.
• Strong knowledge of VAT, corporate tax, and international tax regulations.
• Proficiency in tax research and analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Recruitment Process and Timeline

First, you apply, and our talent attraction team will review your profile. If your profile matches our requirements, you will receive a link to schedule a meeting with a recruiter at your convenience. This meeting is an opportunity for you to share more about yourself and for us to get to know you better.

If you are shortlisted, you will meet with our hiring managers. Depending on the role and its requirements, you may need to attend 2-3 interview rounds. These rounds could include a case study, role-play, trial assignment, or live coding session, which will be communicated to you in the initial conversation.

Upon successful completion of the interview rounds, your recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer. We aim to complete this process within 2-3 weeks.
