About You
• Have the relevant qualifications (PGCE in Drama or Music or Performing Arts or equivalent).
- Have a minimum of one years teaching experience of the UK curriculum and have QTS.
- Be enthusiastic, committed, energetic and empathetic in your approach to teaching drama
- Demonstrate an ability to take the initiative, be reflective, and drive improvement.
- Have the ability to form positive relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, Senior Leaders, teachers, students and parents.
