Travel Senior Accountant -Russian Speaker The Concierge Box is a UAE-based luxury travel design company, curating exclusive travel and lifestyle experiences for high-net-worth individuals and elite travelers. Operating in the UAE and across top European destinations, we deliver seamless, bespoke service with cultural sensitivity and precision. We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in travel, tourism, or hospitality, who can lead our financial operations and support the company's ongoing growth. Responsibilities: Oversee and execute all day-to-day accounting operations (AR, AP, payroll, bank reconciliations, etc.) Maintain and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, P&L reports, and forecasts Manage booking reconciliations with suppliers, DMCs, hotel partners, and OTA platforms Supervise client invoicing, payments, deposits, and refunds in multiple currencies Ensure VAT compliance and prepare regulatory filings in the UAE and abroad Optimize accounting processes across CRM/ERP tools and booking systems (e.g., Travel Compositor) Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management Support budgeting, financial planning, and strategic decisions with insights and data Liaise with auditors, banks, and legal advisors as needed Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth cash flow and accurate reporting Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in the travel/tourism or hospitality sector Strong understanding of accounting principles, cash flow, and international payments Experience working with tourism booking platforms, OTA systems, and DMC reconciliation Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero) and CRM tools Excellent Excel and reporting skills; comfortable working in multi-currency environments Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to work independently Strong communication and leadership skills Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai ONLY RUSSIAN SPEAKERS PROFESSIONAL OR FLUENT ENGLISH What We Offer: Dynamic, multicultural team environment Opportunity to grow within a fast-scaling luxury travel brand Exposure to international markets and luxury clientele Discounts on travel services and concierge perks
