Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, our company is a leading investor, developer, and operator of large-scale energy, water, and infrastructure projects across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. As a subsidiary of Al Jomaih Holding Company, we are committed to supporting sustainable growth through reliable utility and infrastructure solutions.

We manage projects throughout their entire lifecycle—from planning and development to construction, operation, and long-term management. By working with experienced industry partners, we deliver innovative solutions that meet the growing demand for energy and water.

Our portfolio includes conventional and renewable power plants, desalination facilities, and industrial wastewater treatment projects. Together, these projects help improve essential infrastructure while supporting the long-term development of the communities we serve.

Today, we have an energy generation capacity of approximately 13 GW, including combined-cycle gas turbine (CCGT), cogeneration, and solar power projects. We also manage water projects with a total capacity of around 1.3 million cubic meters per day, covering independent water production, water and power, and water treatment facilities.

Since 2018, we have successfully secured and developed several major power and water projects across Saudi Arabia, Oman, Egypt, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. With a growing team of experienced professionals and regional offices, we continue to expand our presence and deliver high-quality infrastructure projects that create lasting value.
