Our schools are unique too. Each one has its own character and community. We protect what makes every school special, while also connecting them to a wider global network. As part of a family of 90 schools in 21 countries, our students benefit from shared knowledge, experience, and best practice from around the world. Founded in 2004, Cognita has grown into one of the world’s leading global school groups. Today, we support 90 schools across five regions — united by one shared purpose: helping every student thrive.

Listening and Improving
We believe the best way to understand people is to ask them.
Through our dedicated Strategic Insights team, we regularly survey parents, students, and staff. This gives us a clear picture of what is working well and where we can improve. We carefully review the results and take action quickly.
Voice of the Parent
We gather feedback from parents to better understand their experiences and improve our schools.
Voice of the Student
Students aged 7 and above share their thoughts through our annual survey. Their feedback helps shape positive changes.
Voice of the Employee
Our staff survey focuses on important areas such as wellbeing, professional development, and communication, helping us create supportive working environments.
