What We Do
Ship Recycling
GMS is a leader in the ship recycling industry, helping stakeholders recover valuable materials such as steel, non-ferrous metals, and other reusable components from end-of-life vessels. As the largest cash buyer in the world, GMS has facilitated the recycling of over 4,500 ships, including commercial vessels, naval ships, and distressed ships. We have also handled more than 150 trans-Pacific and trans-Atlantic tows.
